Bada is a mobile operating system developed by Samsung. It is designed to cover the range from lower-end feature phones to high-end smartphones. Samsung claims that bada apps will rapidly replace its proprietary feature phone platform, converting feature phones to smartphones. The name bada is derived from Korean word for ocean or sea.
